FAQ's
To secure your room you only need to pay the booking fee.
The fee for the Studio apartments is £400 and for the two bedroom apartments it is £300 per person.
The booking fee then becomes your damage and security deposit. The booking fee is non refundable but the good thing is that you’ll get this back if nothing’s owing for damage or outstanding rent at the end of your stay.
Once your tenancy contract is signed , your booking fee will be deemed a Security Deposit. It will then be protected by us within 30 days of the signed contract date, through registration with a Government approved Tenancy Deposit Service of our choosing. We will provide you with an appropriate certificate to that effect.
Any full-time student who is 18 years of age or older.
